Flag Football Recap: Wilcox Takes a Loss

Wilcox saw some tournament action on Saturday. They lost 28-6 to the Presentation Panthers. While losing is never fun, the Chargers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 467th, while the Panthers are ranked 142nd).

Wilcox has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9-2 record this season. As for Presentation, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Wilcox wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 24-8 victory against Torres on the 27th. As for Presentation, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 20-6 win against Mills on the 27th.
