Baseball Recap: Vance County Comes Up Short

The Vance County Vipers came up short against the East Wake Warriors on Tuesday, falling 20-1.

Vance County's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for East Wake, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10.

East Wake wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 9-4 defeat against Western Harnett on the 15th. Hopefully Vance County paid attention to the Warriors' game: the next time they hit the field , they'll take on the Warriors at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
