Basketball Recap: Ben Lippen Takes a Loss

Ben Lippen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Africentric Early College Nubians, falling 85-58. The matchup marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Ben Lippen's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.

Looking ahead, Ben Lippen will host Chapin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Falcons will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 66 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Africentric Early College, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against South at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Nubians' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
