Basketball Recap: Bolivar-Richburg Wins Going Away Against Hinsdale Central

Bolivar-Richburg got their first taste of in-conference action this week and they started things off strong. They took down the Hinsdale Central Bobcats 39-23 on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Wolverines, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Bolivar-Richburg's win bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Hinsdale Central, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bolivar-Richburg will head out to face off against Genesee Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Genesee Valley's defense has only allowed 29.2 points per game this season, so Bolivar-Richburg's offense will have their work cut out for them. Hinsdale Central has already played their next game (against Mount Morris), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
