Hall-Dale put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Winslow Black Raiders with a sharp 7-0 victory. Considering the Bulldogs have won three contests by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Lucy Gray made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

In other batting news, Hall-Dale let Emma Perry and Torie Tibbetts run wild. Perry went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run, while Tibbetts went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. That stolen base was Perry's first of the season.

Hall-Dale's record is now 5-0. As for Winslow, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Hall-Dale didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Maine Central Institute on the 12th. As for Winslow, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 11-1 loss against Belfast on the 12th.
