Volleyball Recap: Kickapoo Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Kickapoo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ithaca Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 two weeks ago.

When it comes to explaining why Kickapoo lost, don't look at Maddy Townsend. Despite the final result, she had 15 digs.

Kickapoo's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Ithaca, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7.

Coincidentally, Kickapoo and Ithaca will both be playing Weston the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Silver Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bulldogs will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
