Softball Recap: Adena Comes Up Short

Adena fell victim to Chillicothe and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Cavaliers, falling 6-0. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Warriors were not able to get on the board.

Adena's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Chillicothe, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Adena will take on Unioto at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Chillicothe, they will challenge Heath at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
