Riverside won the last time they faced J.Z. George and things went their way on Monday too. Riverside put the hurt on J.Z. George with a sharp 13-1 win. Considering the Bulldogs have won 11 games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Ashley English, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Mary Carter was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in both of her plate appearances.

Riverside always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .538. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .538 or higher in four consecutive contests.

Riverside's victory bumped their record up to 12-4-1. As for J.Z. George, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.
