Basketball Game Preview: Manteca Buffaloes vs. Mountain House Mustangs

The Manteca Buffaloes will square off against the Mountain House Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Last Wednesday, Manteca came up short against Central Catholic and fell 52-41. The loss continues a trend for the Buffaloes in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Mountain House against Sierra on Wednesday as the team secured a 71-42 victory. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 20 points or more this season.

Manteca better keep an eye on Coldin Parker. He was instrumental in Mountain House's win, putting up 20 points in addition to five boards and three steals. Jordan Williams was another key player, posting 12 points.

Mountain House pushed their record up to 11-10 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 35.5 points. As for Manteca, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-12.
