St. Michael the Archangel extended their winning streak to nine games thanks to a huge performance from Bokenkroger Molly. The Guardians came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Liberty North Eagles for which the team can thank Molly, who had 20 digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

St. Michael the Archangel's victory bumped their record up to 20-6. As for Liberty North, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-14.

Coincidentally, St. Michael the Archangel and Liberty North will both be playing St. Teresa's Academy the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Stars at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, while the Guardians will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
