Basketball Recap: Lennox Academy Takes a Loss

Lennox Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were beaten by the New Roads Jaguars 57-28. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Jaguars earlier this season, when they won 55-44.

Lennox Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for New Roads, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-5.

Lennox Academy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Vistamar at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for New Roads, they will take on California Academy of Math & Science at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
