Soccer Recap: Uvalde Takes a Loss

Uvalde and Davenport squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Uvalde had to settle for second. They came up short against Wolves, falling 7-0. While losing is never fun, Uvalde can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 480th, while Davenport are ranked 37th).

Uvalde's defeat dropped their record down to 13-8-1. As for Davenport, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-2-1.

As of now, neither Uvalde nor Davenport have any future games scheduled.
