Softball Game Preview: West Stokes Wildcats vs. West Davidson Dragons

West Stokes is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They put the hurt on East Davidson with a sharp 10-1 victory. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 games by eight runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, West Davidson had just enough and edged out Walkertown 3-1 on Tuesday. That's two games straight that the Dragons have won by exactly two runs.

West Davidson pushed their record up to 17-7 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.1 runs on average over those games. As for West Stokes, their win bumped their record up to 16-5.
