Basketball Recap: Hanover Wins Going Away Against Lancaster

While Hanover didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They wrapped up 2024 with a 68-52 win over the Lancaster Red Devils. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hawks.

Hanover pushed their record up to 5-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Lancaster, their defeat ended a 17-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-3.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing New Kent the next time they take the court. Hanover will head out to face New Kent at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday, while Lancaster will play them later in the day, at 4:00 p.m.
