After losing to the Casady Cyclones the last time they met, the Oklahoma Christian Saints decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Oklahoma Christian blew past Casady 72-50. The win made it back-to-back wins for Oklahoma Christian.
When it comes to explaining why Casady lost on Friday, one person who can't be blamed is Kaden Leache. Despite the final result, he scored 24 points. Leache scored a full 48% of Casady's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Bryson Buckingham, who scored 17 points.
Oklahoma Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Casady, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Oklahoma Christian will be playing at home against Heritage Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Casady, they will head out on the road to face off against Bishop McGuinness at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
