Soccer Recap: Hertford County Drops Season-High Score on Northeastern

Hertford County scored the most goals they've had this season on Wednesday, but it wasn't enough. They lost 9-2 to the Northeastern Eagles. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Hertford County couldn't quite close it out.

Hertford County is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7. As for Northeastern, they pushed their record up to 7-8-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Hertford County and Northeastern will both be playing First Flight the next time they take the pitch. The Eagles will head out to face the Nighthawks at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bears will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
