Baseball Recap: Wabaunsee Comes Up Short

Wabaunsee lost against Lebo on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Chargers fell 15-12 to the Wolves. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wabaunsee's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Lebo, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wabaunsee will square off against West Franklin at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lebo, they will face off against Mission Valley on Monday. The Vikings' pitching crew has only allowed 0.6 runs per game this season, so the Wolves' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
