Softball Recap: Troy Takes a Loss

Troy was the 10-6 winner over Horton when they last played one another on Monday, but their luck changed this time around. The Trojans lost 16-5 to the Chargers on Monday.

Troy has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. As for Horton, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-11.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Troy is set to take on their familiar foe Jackson Heights at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Horton will face off against rival Jefferson County North at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
