Volleyball Recap: Porter Ridge Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Porter Ridge, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Mallard Creek Mavericks 2-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 on Friday.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Porter Ridge who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-21, 22-25, 15-12.
