Cherokee gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Johnson City Eagles by a score of 43-31. This was payback for the Indians, who suffered a 53-33 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Cherokee will head out to take on Rochelle at 7:30 p.m. on December 10th. As for Johnson City, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, an 86-18 win against Lohn on the 6th.
