Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Franklin Community walked away with it. They skirted past the Columbus North Bull Dogs  3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  win the Grizzly Cubs have posted  since September 20th.
Franklin Community's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Nila Netter led the charge by  getting 17  digs.  Hanna Stewart was another key player,  getting eight  digs and two  aces.
 Franklin Community  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with ten  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least nine  aces in four consecutive  matches.
Franklin Community's record is now 24-7. As for Columbus North, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-12.
 Franklin Community wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  matchup,  a  3-0  victory against East Central on the 18th. Columbus North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
