Volleyball Recap: FAITH Homeschool Warriors vs. New Life Camp Storm
FAITH Homeschool unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the New Life Camp Storm on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2020.
The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-6, 25-2.
Graceyn Shepard was the offensive standout of the match as she had nine digs and two aces.
The victory was the 20th in a row for New Life Camp, bringing their record up to 23-1.
Coming up, FAITH Homeschool will be taking part in a tournament against Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association at 12:45 p.m. on the 25th. As for New Life Camp, they will welcome Durham Flight HomeSchool at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
