Basketball Game Preview: Lake Arthur Panthers vs. Dora Coyotes

Lake Arthur hasn't had much luck against Dora recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Lake Arthur Panthers will take on the Dora Coyotes at 6:00 p.m.

Lake Arthur played against Floyd and lost via forfeit.

Having struggled with eight losses in a row, Dora turned things around against Elida on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 48-36.

Dora's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 5-11. As for Lake Arthur, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Lake Arthur couldn't quite finish off Dora in their previous meeting back in February of 2024 and fell 2-0. Can Lake Arthur avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
