Volleyball Recap: Churchland Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Churchland was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Norview last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Truckers lost 3-0 to the Granby Comets on Monday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Comets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-17, 25-17.

Churchland's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Granby, they pushed their record up to 8-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Churchland is set to face off against their familiar foe Booker T. Washington at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Granby will take on rival Norview at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
