Basketball Recap: Quemado Comes Up Short

Quemado was the 46-43 winner over Tatum when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles took a 54-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Coyotes on Friday.

Quemado's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Tatum, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Quemado will take on Pine Hill in a tournament on Thursday. As for Tatum, they will venture away from home to take on Grady at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
