Softball Recap: Union Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Union Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 19-9 to the Providence Academy Patriots.

Union Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Providence Academy, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Union Christian Academy will take on Destiny Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Wildcats have averaged an impressive 11.8 runs per game this season. As for Providence Academy, they will square off against Lincoln at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
