Oldenburg Academy entered their tilt with Waldron on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Mohawks by a score of 2-0. The Twisters have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mohawks, too.

Lillian Vanderpohl was the offensive standout of the match as she had nine digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last nine matchups.

Vanderpohl wasn't the only good servers: Oldenburg Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 12 aces in three consecutive contests.

Oldenburg Academy's win bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Waldron, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 6-13.
