Basketball Game Preview: Custer County Bobcats vs. Vail Christian Saints

The Custer County Bobcats just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Vail Christian Saints at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Last Tuesday, Custer County was beaten by Florence 51-22. The Bobcats have struggled against the Huskies recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Vail Christian). They put the hurt on KIPP Denver Collegiate with a sharp 45-19 victory on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Saints have posted since December 6, 2024.

Custer County's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Vail Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 3-9.
