Basketball Recap: Knoxville Comes Up Short

Knoxville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 23rd straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 66-40 to the Bushnell-Prairie City Spartans. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Bullets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-45 back in December of 2024.

Knoxville's loss dropped their record down to 0-22. As for Bushnell-Prairie City, their victory bumped their record up to 6-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Knoxville has already played their next match (against Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge]), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bushnell-Prairie City has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Lewistown.
