Felix Melendez was dynamite on Tuesday, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over four innings pitched. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his seventh in a row with less than two walks. For the year, he has an ERA of 1.05 over 26.7 innings pitched.

Melendez's effort led Aldine over Eisenhower and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
