Soccer Game Preview: Windsor vs. Montgomery

The Windsor Jaguars are taking a road trip to challenge the Montgomery Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

If Montgomery heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Windsor took over last week. Windsor had just enough and edged Rancho Cotate out 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Jaguars.

Louden Driscoll and Yahir Trejo scored both of Windsor's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 14 goals.

Meanwhile, Montgomery has been on a difficult stretch since their win on January 7. They and Cardinal Newman finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Thursday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Vikings as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Montgomery's draw gives them a new season record of 3-5-6. As for Windsor, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4-2 record this season.
