After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Tree of Life Christian, Liberty Christian Academy was happy to have turned things around  on Monday. They put the hurt on the Grandview Heights Bobcats with a sharp  3-0 victory.
 Liberty Christian Academy walked away with the   win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-10, 25-20,  25-17.
 Madi Gohn paced Liberty Christian Academy's offense, picking up eight kills. Gohn got some help from  Lucy Widrig and her 12 assists. Widrig was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with six aces.
  Callie Rutter and  Juliana Sanzo certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss.  Rutter  had eight  digs, while  Sanzo  had eight assists and three  digs.  Alex Szynal also deserves some recognition as  she  had her first  block of the season.
Liberty Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Grandview Heights, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost 12 of their last 13 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record  this season.
 Liberty Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  3-1  win against Genoa Christian Academy on the 7th. As for Grandview Heights, they have also already played their next matchup,  a  3-1  defeat against Worthington Christian on the 9th.
