The matchup between Bay Path RVT and Blackstone Valley RVT on Wednesday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Minutemen were the clear victors by a 17-6 margin over the Beavers. The game was the first time the Minutemen have beaten the Beavers on their field since May 15, 2023.

Josh Hemingway was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 5.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off seven hits. Hemingway was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, one triple, and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Dale Nussey, who went a perfect 5-for-5 with seven RBI, three runs, and one double. Another player making a difference was Max Lapriore, who scored two runs while going 4-for-6.

Bay Path RVT was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .476. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Blackstone Valley RVT only posted a batting average of .290.
