            Baseball Preview: Richwood Lumberjacks vs. Webster County Highlanders        
        
		
        
        
            The Richwood Lumberjacks will head out on the road to  square off against  the Webster County Highlanders  at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Richwood lost  21-4 to Highland on Friday. The Lumberjacks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
  Jaden Jantuah led a balanced group of hitters,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while going 1-for-1. He also put up a  double, which was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was  Kaden Lane, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances.
Meanwhile, Webster County was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight  loss. They came up short against  Calhoun, falling  13-1.
 Webster County saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Greyden Channel, who  went a perfect 1-for-1 with one  double and one  RBI.
 Richwood's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Webster County, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
Webster County's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them:  Richwood hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .362. It's a different story for Webster County, though, as  they've  only  averaged .217. Will they be able to contain Richwood's hitters?
