Softball Recap: Socorro Comes Up Short

Socorro was the 12-6 winner over Rehoboth Christian when they last played one another back in March of 2015, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors came up short against the Lynx on Saturday, falling 21-4.

Socorro has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for Rehoboth Christian, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Socorro will host Hot Springs at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Rehoboth Christian, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Newcomb at 3:00 p.m.
