Notre Dame Prep has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 25. They lost 9-1 to the Greenwich Cardinals on Monday. While losing is never fun, Notre Dame Prep can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Connecticut soccer rankings (they are ranked 113th, while Greenwich are ranked sixth).

Notre Dame Prep's loss dropped their record down to 4-16-5. As for Greenwich, the victory (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 14-1.
