Football Recap: Washington Blue Lions vs. Miami Trace Panthers
After flying high against McClain last Friday, Washington came back down to earth. The Washington Blue Lions took a 21-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Miami Trace Panthers on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Blue Lions of the 21-14 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
Although Washington took the loss, they still got scores from Gavin Coffman and Matthew Colflesh.
Washington didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Gabriel Perez and Colflesh.
Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Miami Trace, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.
As of now, neither Washington nor Miami Trace have any future games scheduled.
