Soccer Recap: Chino Valley Starts Season with Win at Home

Chino Valley gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Winslow Bulldogs. Carter Dey was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

This is the second loss in a row for Winslow and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Chino Valley wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Red Rock on the 28th. As for Winslow, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Holbrook at 11:00 a.m. on September 6.
