Charlotte won the last time they faced Waverly and things went their way on Thursday too. The Orioles sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 18-16 win over the Warriors. That's two games straight that the Orioles have won by exactly two runs.

Charlotte is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-9-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.4 runs over those games. As for Waverly, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.

Charlotte will be playing in front of their home fans against Olivet at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waverly, they will head out on the road to face off against Ionia at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
