Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Kailynn Duncan stepped things up a notch to give Barron the 'W'. Duncan wasn't messing around, striking out 15 batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and seven unearned) runs off five hits. The pitching appearance was her 19th straight with eight or more strikeouts.

Coming up, Duncan and Barron will square off against Spooner at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Duncan had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their contest back in May of 2024 15-0.
