 McBain won against Marion  on Tuesday with 13  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Tuesday. The McBain Ramblers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Marion Eagles  and snuck past  13-12. That's two games straight that McBain has won by  just one  run.
 For Marion's part,  Jacelyn Moggo was cooking despite her team's loss,   scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances.
 The  victory  made it two in a row for McBain and  bumps their season record up to 3-6. As for Marion, they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 13-13.
 McBain will head out on the road to  take on  Lake City at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Lake City is coming into the  match with five straight  defeats at home,  meaning McBain will have to defend against a  squad hungry for a  win. Marion will take on Holton at 12:00  p.m.  on Friday. Holton will roll in looking for their  sixth straight  victory, something Marion surely won't give up without a fight.
