Basketball Recap: College Park Academy Comes Up Short

College Park Academy lost against Friendly back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. College Park Academy took a 48-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Friendly Patriots. College Park Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leading Friendly to victory were Jasmine Germany and Andrea Hardy. Germany went 7 for 17 en route to 20 points and six rebounds, while Hardy almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine boards. Hardy has been hot, having posted eight or more boards the last five times she's played.

College Park Academy's record is now 2-10. As for Friendly, their victory bumped their record up to 10-5.

College Park Academy and Oxon Hill will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played. Oxon Hill will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something College Park Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Friendly, they and Fairmont Heights will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played.
