Fayette County had won two straight home games and Jackson Rutley did his part to make it three on Wednesday. The Fayette County Tigers took down the Whitewater Wildcats 54-38 thanks in part to Rutley, who dropped a double-double on 29 points and ten rebounds. The game was his sixth in a row with at least 15 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Anthony Perry, who posted seven points in addition to 11 boards and five assists. He is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last three games he's played.

Fayette County has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points over those games. As for Whitewater, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-13.

Fayette County has already played their next contest, a 55-49 loss against Troup County on the 7th. Whitewater does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
