North Creek hadn't done well against Issaquah recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. North Creek skirted past Issaquah 6-4. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last six times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

North Creek's victory was truly a team effort as seven different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Zach Daniel, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Those two hits gave Daniel a new career-high.
