Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clovis East). They walked away with a 5-3 win over the Hoover Patriots on Monday. With that victory, the Timberwolves brought their scoring average up to 2.6 goals per game.

They hit Hoover with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Noah Naranjo (3), Francisco Damas, and Alex Thao.

The win made it two in a row for Clovis East and bumps their season record up to 3-4-1. As for Hoover, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-6.

Clovis East will take on Bakersfield at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Hoover, they will face off against Firebaugh at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
