North Baltimore is a perfect 3-0 against Ridgemont since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Tigers will square off against the Golden Gophers at 5:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
North Baltimore barely beat Leipsic the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 15-4 margin over the Vikings on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Tigers considering their two-run performance the game before.

Meanwhile, Ridgemont got the win against Arlington on Thursday by a conclusive 13-7. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golden Gophers.
Aubrie Overly spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and five unearned) runs on four hits and racked up six Ks.
On the hitting side, Ridgemont got a massive performance out of Kylie Shreve, who went 3-for-5 with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Amiah Jones, who went 3-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.

North Baltimore is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Ridgemont, their record now sits at 6-7.
Ridgemont's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: North Baltimore hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .367. It's a different story for Ridgemont, though, as they've only averaged .211. Will they be able to contain North Baltimore's hitters?
North Baltimore was able to grind out a solid victory over Ridgemont in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, winning 10-6. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
