Basketball Recap: Wakulla Find Success

Liberty County came into Monday's game looking for another win against Wakulla, but Amariyah Donaldson wouldn't allow it. The Wakulla War Eagles walked away with a 31-20 victory over the Liberty County Bulldogs on Monday thanks in part to Donaldson, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 15 boards. Her evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

Despite the defeat, Liberty County saw an underclassman step up: freshman Kaylee Sexton posted ten points.

Wakulla's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Liberty County, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.

Wakulla didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 50-32 defeat against North Florida Christian on the 14th. As for Liberty County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 48-31 victory against Jefferson County on the 14th.
