While Richland's win against Southridge wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bombers narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Suns 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bombers have posted since October 12, 2024.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (110-108) Richland actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 20-25, 26-24, 29-27, 15-9.

The victory made it two in a row for Richland and bumps their season record up to 7-7. As for Southridge, their loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-5.
