Basketball Recap: Paulding Snags Eighth Victory in Last Nine Games

Paulding extended their road winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Kayleigh Dunham. The Paulding Panthers claimed a resounding 59-20 victory over the Ayersville Pilots thanks in part to Dunham, who went 6 of 7 en route to 12 points in addition to eight boards and four blocks. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played.

Another player making a difference was Kate Manz, who went 5 for 8 on her way to 12 points. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Paulding has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record this season. As for Ayersville, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.

Paulding has already played their next game (against Edgerton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Ayersville will head out to challenge Hicksville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ayersville is facing Hicksville at the right time seeing as Hicksville is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
