Baseball Recap: Delta Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Delta's offense. They lost 12-0 to the Western Sierra Collegiate Academy Wolves on Tuesday. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Saints were not able to get on the board.

Delta saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chase Parkinson, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple and one stolen base.

Delta is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4. As for Western Sierra Collegiate Academy, their record is now 3-4.

Coincidentally, Delta and Western Sierra Collegiate Academy will both be playing Sacramento Country Day the next time they take the field. Delta will host Sacramento Country Day at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, while Western Sierra Collegiate Academy will host them at 4:00 p.m. on March 22nd.
